The Jurien

The Jurien combines smart use of space with a layout that delivers comfort, flexibility, and privacy. Featuring an open-plan living area at the heart of the home, a separate theatre, and activity space, this home design offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The private master retreat, positioned away from the main living areas at the rear of the home, creates a peaceful escape for parents while maintaining a connected family environment and fits perfectly on a 12m wide block.

Inclusions

Our Choice Specification is packed with big name brands and a long list of quality inclusions. It’s a generous starting point for you to add what you want, without paying for things that appeal to someone else. Pull out the pen and personalise your home design by making changes in red ink, add a bathroom, increase bedroom sizes, or up the level of finish – it’s your home, it’s your choice.

The kitchen is designed to keep up with busy households, offering generous bench space, practical storage and a layout that keeps everything within easy reach. Whether you’re prepping dinner, helping with homework at the island bench or entertaining guests, it’s a space that works as hard as you do.

This design also embraces the importance of everyday practicality. From a well-placed laundry to clever storage throughout, every detail has been considered to make daily life that little bit easier. It’s these thoughtful inclusions that elevate a simple floorplan into a home that genuinely supports the way you live. We include trusted Australian brands as standard, so quality, comfort and peace of mind come built in.
