From narrower frontages around Bunbury and Busselton through to lifestyle and acreage blocks across the South West, our Choice Range and Farmhouse designs cover a wide spread of layouts and elevations. Your dream home might start with one of ours. With the red pen in hand, we can help shape the design into something that feels distinctly yours.
Redink was founded on a simple idea: the homeowner should have the red pen. That’s where our name comes from, and it’s still how we work. Every design on this page is a starting point, not a fixed product. Move a wall, rework the kitchen, rethink the alfresco. Our team is trained in drafting plans, so your changes actually happen, not just get noted on a wishlist.
Our Bunbury office is staffed by South West locals, backed by the Scott Park Group and Sumitomo Forestry, one of the world’s largest home building groups. Since 2006, Redink has earned more than 21 industry awards and the trust of WA South West families building for the long term.
Choosing the right home design isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about how it lives with you. At Redink, we know every lifestyle is different, which is why our home designs are created to flex around the way you actually live. Whether you’re all about open-plan entertaining, need space for a growing family, or want a low-maintenance layout that just makes everyday life easier, it starts with a design that works for you — not the other way around.
Love hosting? Go for a design with a central kitchen, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and plenty of room to gather. Need a bit more privacy or room to spread out? Look for zoned living with separate spaces for parents, kids, or even a home office. And if you’re chasing simplicity, a clever, compact layout can give you everything you need without the excess. Whatever your lifestyle looks like now and whatever it might grow into, Redink designs are made to keep up.
Making your next move is a big deal and at Redink, we’re here to make sure it’s the right one. Whether you’re stepping into your first home, upgrading to fit a growing family, or starting fresh with something that better suits your lifestyle, it all comes down to feeling confident in your choice. That’s why we focus on smart, practical designs, upfront pricing, and a process that’s clear from day one, no surprises, no second guessing. With a range of thoughtfully designed homes and the flexibility to make them your own, you’re not just choosing a house, you’re choosing a home that works for the way you live now and into the future. Backed by experience and built for real life, Redink makes it easier to move forward knowing you’ve made a decision you can feel good about.
