House and Land Packages
Images, photographs, elevations, floor plans and other visual representations are for illustrative purposes only and may depict items, finishes, landscaping, furniture, fixtures, features or upgrades that are not included in the advertised price or final build. Refer to the specific package details and inclusions for items included in the advertised price. Please contact your Design & Sales Consultant for full details.
The land advertised is not owned by Redink Homes and must be purchased directly from the relevant Developer/Owner under a separate land contract. Land availability is subject to change and may be sold or withdrawn without notice. Redink Homes has authority from the landowner to advertise the land price for the purpose of presenting the house and land package and may receive a marketing referral fee, commission or other benefit from the Developer/Owner. Where applicable, details of such arrangements will be disclosed in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
Redink Homes will take reasonable steps to ensure advertised lots remain available while being promoted. If an advertised lot becomes unavailable, Redink Homes may assist in sourcing an alternative lot where possible. Any alternative package may be subject to different land, site works, design, developer and construction costs, and the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
House designs may be amended to comply with estate covenants, design guidelines, planning requirements or other developer or statutory conditions. Any additional costs arising from such requirements that are not included in the advertised package price will be advised to the purchaser and may be payable by the purchaser.
A Lump Sum Build Contract (LSBC) will be entered into with Redink Homes for the construction of the home and associated site works. A separate land contract will be entered into with the relevant Developer/Owner, as Redink Homes does not own or sell the land.
All home loan applications are subject to lender approval, eligibility criteria and individual assessment. Advertised package prices are based on the assumptions, specifications and inclusions stated for the relevant package. Where an advertised price assumes eligibility for a government grant, guarantee or assistance program, including the First Home Owner Grant or Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme, eligibility and availability are subject to the applicable government and lender requirements.
A provisional allowance for site works may be included in the advertised package price. Site works costs may change following survey, site classification, engineering information, soil testing or other relevant investigations. Additional costs may apply where site conditions, developer requirements, statutory requirements, purchaser selections or other circumstances vary from the assumptions used in preparing the advertised package.
Unless otherwise stated, advertised package prices are subject to change prior to the execution of the relevant building and land contracts.
Campaigns
Conditions apply. Advertised pricing applies to the Perth metropolitan area unless otherwise stated. Please contact your Design & Sales Consultant for pricing in surrounding areas.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Redink Homes promotion, discount or incentive.
Redink Homes reserves the right to amend or substitute inclusions, products, specifications and/or models where an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued, subject to the terms of the relevant building contract and applicable law.

Comments, opinions and other material posted by users do not necessarily represent the views of Redink Homes. Redink Homes may restrict or block users who repeatedly post material that breaches these guidelines.
TikTok
Prices, promotions, land availability, inclusions and other information shown in TikTok content are correct to the best of Redink Homes’ knowledge at the time of publication and may subsequently change.
Where pricing, availability or promotional information is no longer current, the information displayed in the relevant current listing, advertisement or advice provided by a Design & Sales Consultant will apply.
