Why the name?

In the building industry, you make changes on house plans in red ink to get what you want. This action is the inspiration behind our name, Redink Homes. In fact, it’s the force behind everything we do. We encourage you to pull out the red pen and take control. Make changes in red ink and show us what you want. Add a bathroom, increase bedroom sizes, or up the level of finish – it’s your home, it’s your choice.

At Redink Homes, we welcome the idea of alterations so much that we train our sales staff in drafting plans. That means you can walk into any display, pick up the red pen and talk through what’s possible with our Sales Consultants. If you want your plans drawn up properly, our Sales Consultants can handle that quick smart. You’ll get your plans back for review within days, not weeks.
